We believe economical elevation is key to eradicate systemic problems that are present in underserved communities. As such, we believe it is important to increase wealth in underserved populations.

Our primary focus population are those individuals who have experienced hardships either by being involved in foster care and/or were incarcerated have a greater chance of being low-come.

We believe through real estate investing, people can increase their wealth and reduce their possibilities of continuing a cycle that involves hardship.

Benefits to real estate investing are:

1. Appreciation: Once a property is held/owned for a period of time, the value increases (which increases one's networth and can allow one to leverage (borrow) against their property/asset

What is Our Program

This organization teaches all the skills necessary to flip homes. This organization teaches the hands-on experience of doing the trade work as well as the administrative work (finding a home, getting financing, creating a budget, determine how much to profit, finding quality contractors etc.) that must be done to flip a home. Participants will be given opportunities to shadow those doing task and practice task under supervision.

Children will get a chance to flip a home with the assistance of Rebuild. A portion of the profit will be placed in the participant's savings account to use to reinvest in flip a home.
